Charlotte has spent years as the husband maker, sending every guy she dates off to enjoy marital bliss with the next girl he dates. But things have now changed, and she's determined to use her husband-maker abilities one last time--on herself. And she finally knows exactly who she wants.
Angus has loved Charlotte since they were teenagers, but he's tired of waiting for her to realize how good they could be. She's broken his heart one too many times, and it's time to move on with his life. Maybe a position halfway across the country will be just what he needs to get over her. But when Charlotte won't let him go without a fight, Angus has to decide if he's willing to let her in again or if she's too late.

I have loved this series!! I was so excited for the next book to come out. As I read the story I loved the direction the author was taking, and then the book ended. I was so disappointed that after 3 books all the reader got was an epilogue of couple actually together, no wedding or courtship. I felt like chapters are missing. The cover of the book is a picture of a wedding yet we don't get any information about the wedding just that it took place. I still like the story but if your going to take 3 books to bring a couple together I would hope it would not end so abruptly.Product details

The Wife Maker The Husband Maker Book 3 eBook Karey White Reviews
Charlotte is quirky enough to have flaws but still be endearing. I enjoy Karey White's writing style and pre-ordered the last book in this series with confidence.
Such a great book. I was totally one edge, knowing they had to get together, but not sure how they would work past the hurt and forgive. Clean, fun read.
Carey is a great story teller and her characters feel like people I want to know. They are smart and funny and real. I have loved this series and will read any additional books she adds to the three. Or anything else she writes!!
I read this series straight through. I love that the main character Charlie (Charlotte) Emerson made many choices and we watched her life change due to each consequence, good or bad. Like many of us, she made 'real' poor choices and suffered the consequences as we do. She also had the gumption to stick to a very difficult decision, not knowing how it would end. I could really see myself as Charlie, and I reflected on my life. The Emerson Family and its adopted member, Angus, are characters you will love and won't soon forget. Karey White has written an unforgettable series and I can't wait for the upcoming books for "side" characters she has promised! LFW
I literally squealed in delight when this book showed up on my kindle! (Scaring my husband and small children) and I quickly got everyone tucked in bed so I could read it...until 130 in the morning.
I loved this book! There was just the right amount of humor and heart. It was the perfect conclusion to the story, Charlotte finally had her happily ever after.
On a random side note, I loved the dedication page!
Can't wait to read whatever you write next Karey!
Clean romance, no language.
I have some mixed feelings about this book...I still loved it, I think because I was so vested in Charlotte's story from reading the other 2 books. I loved hearing Angus' voice, feelings, struggles. It was beautiful hearing how the parents/family (both sets) gave advice by asking questions. Loved that Charlotte received some great skype advice. Loved hearing Will's confessions about what he knew...Loved the ending (signs reveal was the BEST! The double meaning of the saying was too fun!!)
I guess it seemed a little less intense than the first 2 books. I felt like we saw so deeply into Charlotte in the first books, her anguish, her joys, her pain. This one just wasn't as intense in some ways, although she still came to some realizations and had to work at this love interest, more than just 'show up' for it. But so glad to see how she was willing to sacrifice so much, hoping for better things to come all to follow her dreams and hopes, and make her dreams come true, one step at a time.
Totally understood Angus' hesitancy, but grateful to witness his heart gradually softening. It was perfect that things came together from a mix of her job and his, and that brought so many threads in the story together.
Some people might complain that Charlotte wasn't more self-assured, pushy, or feminist, but I love her tender heart. Her love and devotion of family, and friends builds this. Her struggle to heal the 'crash' in Book 2 is the start of this journey. Her loyalty and devotion and unassuming kindness to others made for a tender and sweet story. So grateful she and Angus had their HEA. That their friendship was such a perfect match!
I made a mistake when I picked up The Wife Maker. I’d already read The Husband Maker (Book #1) but had neglected to read book #2 first. Why? Because that’s how I roll sometimes and then—I suffer. I don’t know if it was the neglectfulness on my part of not being able to count to three IN ORDER or what but this last book was a little off for me. I also think there are things going on in my personal life (annoying girlfriends of sons who just will NOT go away) that made this book difficult to read for me. Do I like that Charlie is so persistent or is she being a stalker? Do I like that Angus is being stubborn or not? Understand my hesitancy? I’m going to give it a 3 ½ Stars and reread it when my kids are married and happily settled.
3 ½ Stars. Clean.
